Transforming lives through Breathwork

With us, coaches, and yoga teachers learn to use the power of breath to make a real difference.
As seen in:

This is you after training

After having been able to accompany thousands of people with the positive power of breath and experiencing life-changing transformation many times over, I myself have been training people in breathwork since 2018.

This isn't about gentle techniques or entertaining life hacks. I am inspired by profound, substantial transformation—and I am thrilled to share my knowledge and experience.

This is what it's all about:

  • Deep self-transformation so you can live in integrity. Walk the talk.
  • Not just a hodgepodge of breathing techniques, but an understanding of how breath works.
  • No sugarcoating. Scientifically based and grounded spirituality that you can use in the heat of everyday life.
  • Not just trauma-informed, but trauma-sensitive—because our most difficult experiences don't just need to be seen, they need to be embraced (psychotherapist-approved).
  • Offer life-changing experiences to your clients and make a living from your calling.
Thousands
of people put in touch with the power of breath.

Six

Five
years of training people and counting.
