Meet Daniel Alan

Daniel is an internationally active consciousness and breathwork trainer, spiritual mentor, and father.

His unwavering optimism and belief in the preciousness of life are at the heart of his work. Daniel has the rare gift of combining transcendent depth with playful simplicity – a quality deeply appreciated by his clients.

Daniel’s background is as diverse as it is profound. He has studied with Tibetan monks and Harvard professors, undertaken extended shamanic diets, and deeply explored the scientific foundations of life.

He has dedicated special attention to the art of breathing. Having studied at all the major breathwork schools, he has maintained a daily yoga and meditation practice for many years and has delved into the depths of these ancient wisdom systems during retreats lasting several months. This rich and broad spectrum of experiences allows him to offer a powerful synthesis of various techniques and methods, highlighting the essence and potency of each approach while avoiding unnecessary dogma.

Daniel’s approach is diverse and profound. It includes intensive breathwork and process facilitation, intuitive and somatic trauma work, spiritual methods, connection exercises, and work in altered states of consciousness.

Through his work, Daniel empowers participants to recognize and lovingly embrace both their light and their shadow. He creates a space where depth and lightness, love, and clear insight coexist harmoniously.

His expertise in trauma and process work is now valued and utilized by psychologists and psychotherapists alike. In Daniel’s world, life is more than mere existence – it is a journey toward holistic self-actualization.

His mission is to guide people on this journey through the power of breath, helping them unlock and realize their deepest potential.
